"The Heart in the Stone"

He was the ancient mage guardian in one the sacred temples of Ionia.
He was referred to as "The Patron of the Wind", because of his incredible knowledge and control of the air element.
During the Nexu´s invasion he had to defend his followers. In that trying time, he decided that only through his sacrifice will everyone else continue to exist.
To protect his land, he created a magic relic, but this container needed one final ingredient. Led by his devotion and kindness, the Patron placed his heart in the relic, binding the two through ancient magic.
Once the spell was complete, something different emerged from the fog…
This brutal conflict and occupation had forced the character to sacrifice himself to protect his order. After a long time of meditation required to learn the knowledge of his ancestors, he went for the last step to convert himself into a sacred protector who opposes the invaders.
